About us

At Mack Fitness, we’re a small group personal training gym where we do things differently. We’re not a big commercial gym where you’re left to figure it all out on your own. We’re a coach led, community driven space built to help real people like you get real results. There’s no ego, gym anxiety or pressure.

Small Group Personal Training

This is our Core Offer at the gym, we created the space with it in mind and it’s our speciality. In our small group personal training sessions you get all the benefits of one to one personal training without the cost and an added supportive community & environment.

Each session covers a mix of mobility, strength and fitness exercises to help you move better, feel better and live better. You’ll get stronger each week while being guided through each exercise to ensure the best possible results and prevent injury. 

Mobility work to help increase movement & flexibility as well as prevent injury. Strength work to build muscle, tone up and become the strongest version of yourself. Cardio to increase fitness and improve overall health.

Each Session lasts 45-50 Minutes and we offer sessions from 6am-7pm and are open 6 days a week.

One to One Personal Training

Our one to one personal training is bespoke training with one of our expert coaches in a private gym all to yourself.

Nutritional Consultations

We offer both online & in person nutritional consultations and coaching.

Nutritional Consultations are a 45 minute one to one meeting where we talk about your nutrition, goals, struggles and what’s holding you back to put a plan in place so you can finally make the progress you deserve with expert guidance.
